* Document must be signed only in the presence of the Public Notary.

Any documents signed prior to the appointment will not be notarized. 

* Payment must be made prior to the appointment with CREDIT or DEBIT CARD only.

* Please have a valid, government issued photo ID at your appointment for notary services. Documents cannot be notarized without valid photo ID. 

* Professional Public Notary cannot notarize and sign as a witness on the same document.
